Course Overview:

The TOEFL class covers an extensive amount of material. The central themes of the class revolve on how to achieve a better score on the TOEFL exam. These themes include critical and analytical thinking which allow the student to better understand reading and listening passages. Practical application is another prominent theme, with emphasis on the speaking and writing. Understanding the basic structure and organization of a good speech and essay provide helpful hints on how to meet the demands of the stringent time limits of the TOEFL exam. There is also a grammar review based on the needs of the students, as evidenced from their practice exam and homework
