The Goose That Laid Golden Eggs
One day, a farmer went up to his goose's nest and found a shiny golden egg. It was heavy and worth a lot of money. Every morning, the goose laid one golden egg. The farmer sold those golden eggs and became very rich.
But as each day passed, he grew more greedy. One day he thought, "Why should I have to wait until the goose lays one egg a day? I will cut it open and sell all the eggs." And, so he did. And to his surprise, he found nothing.
Moral: Don't be greedy!
