Method:
1 day = 24 hours.
1 hour = 60 minutes.
1 minute = 60 seconds.
Noon is 12 o'clock.
AM is morning. The AM hours are between 12 midnight and 12 noon.
PM is evening. The PM hours are between 12 noon and 12 midnight.
The time changes to PM from AM at noon.
AM or PM is made of 12 hours each.
