Grade 7 - Mathematics 7.8 Relation Between Sides and Angles of a Triangle
Points to remember:
The sum of the measures of any two sides of a triangle is greater than the measure of the third side.
The difference of the measures of any two sides of a triangle is less than the measure of the third side.
If two sides of a triangle are unequal, the measure of the angle opposite to the longer side is greater than the measure of the angle opposite to the shorter side.
If two angles of a triangles are unequal, then the side opposite to the greater angles is longer than the side opposite to the smaller angle.
No two angles of a scalene triangle are congruent.
