Method:
  1. Read the sequence carefully
  2. Subtract 1 from the given number. This gives the number before it.
  3. Add 1 to the given number. This gives the number after it.

To find the number before, subtract 1 from the given number,
3056 - 1 = 3055
To find the number before, add 1 to the given number,
3056 + 1 = 3057
Answer: 3055, 3057
