Method:
  1. Read the numbers carefully.
  2. If the number in the hundred thousands place is 5 or more than 5, then the number is increased to the nearest millions.
  3. If the number in the hundred thousands place is less than 5, then the number is decreased to the nearest millions.
Example: 456,306,367 - Round to the nearest million.
The number in the hundred thousands place is less than 5, so it is decreased to the nearest million.
Answer: 456,000,000

Example: 587,506,367 - Round to the nearest million.
The number in the hundred thousands place is 5, so it is increased to the nearest million.
Answer: 588,000,000

Example: 942,706,367 - Round to the nearest million.
The number in the hundred thousands place is morethan 5, so it is increased to the nearest million.
Answer: 943,000,000
