To make plurals of most nouns, add s.
Examples:
Singular nounPlural noun

When a noun ends with s, ss, sh, or x, add es.
Examples:

When a noun ends with a consonant and y, change the y to i and add es.
Example:
berry - berries

For some words, instead of adding s or es, the spelling of the word changes.
