High School Mathematics 4.6 Lateral Surface Area of a Cuboid

Example:
The length, width and height of a cuboid are 10cm., 8cm. and 7cm. respectively. Find the lateral surface area of a cuboid. Solution: Lateral surface area of cuboid = 2h(l+b).
Where l = length, w = width and h = height.
Given that,
l = 10cm., w = 8cm. and h = 7cm.
= 2*7(10 + 8)
= 14 * 18
= 252 Sq. cm.
