Solution:
Perimeter of the Quadrilateral (P) = S_{1} + S_{2} + S_{3} + S_{4}
Where P is the perimeter of the quadrilateral and S_{1}, S_{2}, S_{3} and S_{4} are the sides of the quadrilateral.
Given that,
S_{1} = 5 cm, S_{2} = 6 cm, S_{3} = 9 cm and S_{4} = 8 cm.
Hence P = 5 + 6 + 9 + 8
P = 28 cm.
